I was lucky enough to be in Whitstable last month and bought a beautiful '60s reissue Japanese Tele in black. Maple neck, U.S. pups, double bound and lovely action. Thanks so much Rob for letting me play every available Tele and your fantastic service and ethos......not to mention lift back in to town! Have spread the word and am sure I will be back.......First Class!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently bought a lovely Jazzmaster from Whitstable Guitars. I can honestly say that Rob has always given me a great service, This the second guitar he has sold to me and I highly recommend him.

Just brought home a really nice Standard Strat in almost new condition. Dealing with Rob was an absolubte pleasure, nothing was too much trouble and his knowledge exceptional. i felt more like a friend than a customer.

I have just collected my 4th guitar from Rob. 57 reissue Japanese Fender Strat. Superb instrument - looks and sounds great. Every guitar I have purchased from Rob has been excellent and when I have been looking for something specific, he has found the perfect match. Thanks Rob.... looking forward to the next one!

I have just received a Japanese Mustang 69 Reissue, it looked great in the photos, but in the flesh it's amazing, and near perfect condition for a period guitar. No marks, perfect neck and frets. The action is low and the nut is cut spot on for low 1st fret clearance. A credit to the Fender Japan factory. Thank you Whitstable Guutars.

I had Whitstable Guitars recommended by a friend who bought a Japanese built Fender Stratocaster. I reached out to Rob looking for a similar instrument but left handed. As a lefty I have limited choice of guitars and found I had a choice of one left handed guitar or none at most retailers. I asked Rob if he could assist and just the other after a long time searching Rob found me a guitar. I took delivery of a lovely left handed Japan ST Stratocaster two days ago. It arrived really well packaged and it is in fabulous condition for a guitar built in 1987. It is really well set up, by Rob, with new strings and plays great.
I can't recommend Whitstable guitars highly enough. FABULOUS service and great quality instruments. If you are looking for a great guitar look no further than Whitstable Guitars. I will be looking for future guitars with Rob first.

Purchased a guitar before Christmas, 3 months ago, already left a comment, but still feel thankful and there's a reason to mention one more thing.
My wife just joined a web course for photography and had a task to make a photo, cachin' colours as natural as possible. Give me your new guitar as an objekt, she asked. Sure, I said. That was a japan schecter SD body color see-like blue/green, flame maple top (remember, Rob?). Me and my wife both were dancing around this guitar for maybe half a day! Natural, artificial light, flash or without it... GOD!!! We couldn't get a color! It seems more blue or green on the photo than it is naturally. Took my another guitar (red one, flame top too), got the photo much easier and sent it to the photo-teacher. Then I remembered, Rob sent me photos of the guitar before he took them out of his page. You know what? The guitar on his photos had its natural color! My message is: be sure, what you see here is what you get!
