I have now bought two guitars from Rob and I have been delighted by both guitars and the service on both occasions. Both times have involved a trip to the Kent coast where Rob has allowed me to test various guitars and make my choice in a pressure-free environment. He is very knowledgeable about Japanese-made guitars and sets them up very well. I continuously fail to keep my promise not to buy any more guitars, so no doubt I will return to Whitstable in the foreseeable future!

Terrific service and very pleased with the delivery of beautiful telecaster. I like to support independent online retailers, especially when they are as efficient as this.

It was the first purchase I made at Rob's store.
The guitar came to me and everything was as described, very well packaged.
The guitar I bought was an Edwards E-LP-98LTC, beautiful guitar, very well set up and with a low action as I like.
The next guitar I buy will certainly be in Rob's store.

I highly recommend Whitstable guitars. Just purchased a 52 Tele special (Hotrod). Very well set up guitar and exactly as described. Rob is a really nice guy to do business with.
Have just visited Rob for the first time on guitar business. What a super friendly and knowledgeable guy! I didn't actually make a purchase (this time), but he couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. His instruments are excellent and more than fairly priced. I'll be back.

First class service. Everything was better than described and absolutely mint. Guitar looks, sounds and plays beautifully. Can't say enough good things about my first purchase from Rob and Whitstable Guitars. I've already been back for another which is just about to arrive!

Ive just had my first experience of Whitstable Guitars and Rob.... What a pleasure it was too !
We spent an hour or two chatting about Gts , Amps and music in general, oh and of course trying out some of Robs very good stock of Gts .
I bought a lovely Mike Stern Yamaha from Rob (at very good price) he kindly took a nice old Westbury track 4 Bass off of me in part exchange ...at a very fair price I must add.
Long may good honest independent companies like Rob and his Whitstable Guitars continue .
A breath of fresh air !!!!
