Bacchus guitars are excellent. made by Deviser in Japan they come in different grades. At the top is the "Handmade Series" which are what they say. The next level down are the "Craft Series" of which this is one. Fantastic build quality & made in Japan to a high spec. I have had 3 or 4 Bacchus guitars & all have been superb. What attracted me to this one was the powerful P90 pickup at the neck position. I currently use a Telecaster which I love but I find the neck pickup just a little weak at times. This guitar doesn't have any of those problems. The pickups are very highly rated and are made at the Deviser factory. Cloth covered wiring etc etc. The rest of the hardwear is top quality GOTOH. So with the addition of a contoured Ash body with translucent lacquer and a nice slim Maple neck with a flatter 12.25" fretboard, it ticks all the right boxes for me!
The guitar has no chips, dings, scratches or anything else that I could find & it is ideal for those players who want something just a little different. Here's the spec..
Light Ash (up to 3 piece maximum)
AT NUT: 42mm
HEADS: Gotoh SG360-07 C
Volume, tone, 3 way selector
FINISH: "See Through" Red
Thomann Rectangular Hard Case
As said many times, all my guitars come shipped in a new black hard case which is included in the price. I find this is the safest way to avoid damage in transit. This case can be upgraded to a very nice tweed one but these are an additional £12 each at present. Please contact me before purchasing if you would like this. Alternatively, if you are collecting the guitar and, like some buyers have cases coming out of their ears, that's no problem, I'll adjust the price (usually around a £30 discount) and I can usually find you an old gigbag to take the guitar away in. The only hard and fast rule I have is that i won't ship a guitar in a gigbag
If you are further interested in this guitar, you can either email me with any queries & I'll do my best to get back to you within 24 hours.
Or, you can buy easily and safely using the paypal "buy now" button. Don't forget to select the right option using the drop down menu on price, i.e. Collection, UK shipping or EU shipping. If in doubt, please email me first as Highlands & Islands can sometimes be a little dearer for shipping
