Edwards guitars are made in Japan by ESP. You won't see very many in the UK & every one of those I have seen has been an import. As far as I am aware, Edwards guitars are generally close replicas of USA guitars & as such, they are just made for the Japanese domestic market. What I will say about them is that they are built to a really high standard & not only that, they are usually fitted with USA pickups & electrics (CTS pots & switches) and Japanese GOTOH hardwear. This particular guitar also has the bonus of having factory fitted USA Sperzel locking tuners. That's a lot of guitar for the money!
The Edwards E-SF-123 is from the Edwards Artist Series and known in Japan as the E-Suffer model. No, I have no idea why either! Anyway, it's basically a hardtail Stratocaster with a tasty Dimarzio humbucker at the bridge. The neck and fretboard are Maple and the finish is satin. It's a slightly thicker neck than I am used to and it has quite a wide flat fretboard but it's remarkably comfortable & I really like it.
The guitar has no chips, dings, scratches or anything else that I could find & it is ideal for those players who never use a tremolo and want something just a little different. Here's the spec..

Thomann Black Hard Case
Hard Case
As said many times, all my guitars come shipped in a new black hard case which is included in the price. I find this is the safest way to avoid damage in transit. This case can be upgraded to a very nice tweed one but these are an additional £12 each at present. Please contact me before purchasing if you would like this. Alternatively, if you are collecting the guitar and, like some buyers have cases coming out of their ears, that's no problem, I'll adjust the price (usually around a £30 discount) and I can usually find you an old gigbag to take the guitar away in. The only hard and fast rule I have is that i won't ship a guitar in a gigbag
If you are further interested in this guitar, you can either email me with any queries & I'll do my best to get back to you within 24 hours.
Or, you can buy easily and safely using the paypal "buy now" button. Don't forget to select the right option using the drop down menu on price, i.e. Collection, UK shipping or EU shipping. If in doubt, please email me first as Highlands & Islands can sometimes be a little dearer for shipping
