Edwards ESP  E-TE-100M VNT MIJ 2014 & New Hard Case

Edwards guitars are made in Japan by ESP. You won't see very many in the UK & every one of those I have seen has been an import. As far as I am aware, Edwards guitars are generally close replicas of USA guitars & as such, they are just made for the Japanese domestic market. What I will say about them is that they are built to a really high standard & not only that, they use good woods (Ash/Alder/Mahogany etc) and are usually fitted with USA pickups & electrics (CTS pots & switches) and Japanese GOTOH hardwear. This particular guitar has USA Seymour Duncan pickups. That's a lot of guitar for the money!

The E-TE 100M is obviously a F****r  Telecaster copy with a few subtle differences. The most noticeable thing when you pick it up and play it is the soft "V" profile Maple neck. It's quite slim and is really nice to play, the fretboard radius is 240 mm, nearly 10" so much flatter than the 7.25" on a vintage style F****r. The Seymour Duncan USA pickups work as they should in the normal mode but there is a push/pull tone pot & when it is in the "out" position it acts as a boost by putting both pickups in series

This guitar was made in 2014 and hasn't been used very much. The finish is a Satin translucent Butterscotch. It looks really cool! The frets are in excellent condition with no indents and the guitar is all original. Looking at the body you can see from the grain that it is Ash & looking along the end, it would also appear to be 2 pieces instead of the usual 3. Please see the photo gallery.

Please also check out the awesome demo video at the foot of the page of an Edwards T-TE-100M in Candy Apple Red. Recorded by session guitarist & friend Rob Burrows, it gives a quick taster of how this guitar can sound
Rob can be contacted via his website for online personal tuition at all levels

All in all it's an excellent guitar from ESP that you won't easily find here in the UK

Hard Case

As said many times, all my guitars come shipped in a new black hard case which is included in the price. I find this is the safest way to avoid damage in transit. This case can be upgraded to a very nice tweed one but these are an additional £12 each at present. Please contact me before purchasing if you would like this. Alternatively, if you are collecting the guitar and, like some buyers have cases coming out of their ears, that's no problem, I'll adjust the price (usually around a £30 discount) and I can usually find you an old gigbag to take the guitar away in. The only hard and fast rule I have is that i won't ship a guitar in a gigbag

If you are further interested in this guitar, you can either email me with any queries & I'll do my best to get back to you within 24 hours.
