2020 Fender Japan Hybrid 50s Telecaster White Blonde & New Hard Case
I really like these Fender Japan Hybrid guitars. This is the fourth one I have imported. They were available in very limited numbers in the UK at around £1000-£1100 as an FSR or "Factory Short Run" model but everywhere seems to be sold out now. Probably because they are so good. In short, Fender has taken classic models, 50's Teles & Strats, 60's Teles & Strats & Jazzmasters & adapted them with some modern tweaks whilst retaining the classic looks. In the case of this 50s Telecaster, it's a 9.5" Radius fretboard instead of a 7.25", a Satin finish to the neck rather than gloss, Locking tuners, vintage '58 USA pickups & a 4 way switch giving an "in series" option with switching. This Hybrid Tele in See thru White Blonde is no exception.
This particular guitar is in near mint condition. I couldn't find any dents or significant scratches anywhere on the guitar. Just some light playing marks. As it's a 2020 model, I suspect it may have been a demo model from a store in Japan. The price includes a new £50.00 hard case making it a good deal.
An excellent player & superb looker. This Tele really ticks all the boxes for me, particularly the slightly flatter fretboard which enables lower action with less choking.

As stated many times, due to courier damage, all my guitars are shipped in hard cases (usually new) this one being a plain black one. I do have a tweed option and these are a little dearer (extra £12). If you prefer that, please email me for details. If you are collecting, I'm happy to knock off the price of the case (About £30) & I may even have an old gig bag you can have to take it away in
If you are further interested in this guitar, you can either email me with any queries & I'll do my best to get back to you within 24 hours.
Or, you can buy easily and safely using the PayPal "buy now" button. Don't forget to select the right option using the drop down menu on price, i.e. Collection, UK shipping or EU shipping. If in doubt, please email me first as Highlands & Islands can sometimes be a little dearer for shipping
