2002-2004 Fender Japan ST62-58 Stratocaster Candy Apple Red & new Hard Case

I wasn't able to import the '62 reissue Stratocasters for about 3 years due to CITES rulings on the Rosewood fretboards. Thankfully that has now changed and I can bring them in. Such a popular reissue there are a lot about but mostly you see Sunburst & Black, The colours like Lake Placid Blue, White & Candy Apple Red are less common and a little more sought after. The models which also have factory fitted USA pickups are also much more desirable as is this one. A really lovely looking Stratocaster with Japanese build quality & American pickups. Great combination. This particular guitar, despite getting on for 20 years old has been well cared for with little wear. The frets are good and the neck straight & true, the guitar looks and plays beautifully. I found one ding on the lower edge which I have highlighted in the photos.

Hard Case

As said many times, all my guitars come shipped in a new black hard case which is included in the price. I find this is the safest way to avoid damage in transit. This case can be upgraded to a very nice tweed one but these are an additional £12 each at present. Please contact me before purchasing if you would like this. Alternatively, if you are collecting the guitar and, like some buyers have cases coming out of their ears, that's no problem, I'll adjust the price (usually around a £30 discount) and I can usually find you an old gigbag to take the guitar away in. The only hard and fast rule I have is that i won't ship a guitar in a gigbag

If you are further interested in this guitar, you can either email me with any queries & I'll do my best to get back to you within 24 hours.

Or, you can buy easily and safely using the paypal "buy now" button. Don't forget to select the right option using the drop down menu on price, i.e. Collection, UK shipping or EU shipping. If in doubt, please email me first as Highlands & Islands can sometimes be a little dearer for shipping
