1993-1994 Fender Japan TL72-58 Telecaster Natural & new Hard Case
£659.00
JAPAN IMPORT
This Fender Japan Telecaster is a 70's reissue made between 1993 & 1994 at the Fujigen factory. It's in very good used condition and is Identical to a 1978 USA Telecaster I used to own. The Fender Japan reissues are always really good. If you look at the last photo in the gallery, there's a photo of the USA one I had, This guitar has a lovely two piece Ash body & a one piece Maple neck
Condition: Overall very good but when it came in, it had a nasty bash on the upper bout which had gone right through the lacquer. Being a natural finish I was able to get a good repair on it. In the gallery there are "before" and then "after" photos. There is some loss of lacquer in places from the fingerboard but this is to be expected with the age of the instrument. There are a few other small nicks and a little bucklerash but all of this is consistent with age and the guitar looks really good. The guitar has been well cared for & looks and plays very well. The frets are little worn with no indents
This is an ideal guitar who wants something Japanese with a bit of history. The guitar is getting on for 30 years old & it's great :)

As stated many times, due to courier damage, all my guitars are shipped in hard cases (usually new) this one being a plain black one. I do have a tweed option and these are a little dearer (extra £12). If you prefer that, please email me for details. If you are collecting, I'm happy to knock off the price of the case (About £30) & I may even have an old gig bag you can have to take it away in
So to sum up, a superb Fender 72 Reissue Special Edition Telecaster from Fender Japan. This model is near impossible to find here in the UK unless you import it.
