JAPAN IMPORT
Oh my, what a beauty this is! This 2021 Telecaster is from Fender Japan's "Traditional Series" and is finished in Vintage White.
This guitar has had a serious modification which, looks to have been professionally carried out. The standard neck pickup has been ditched and the body routed and replaced with a Gibson Classic '57 PAF Humbucker. The result is fabulous & in true Keith Richards style. The pickups remain well balanced & I have included photographs of the routing work which has been carried out to a high standard
With its lightweight Basswood body finished in Vintage White, Maple neck & Rosewood fingerboard, it really is a beautiful thing! It also features the 60's Logo on the headstock. It has been little used. I had a good look but can't find any other similar guitars for sale
The condition of the guitar is excellent too. The frets have no visible wear & the guitar is an absolute pleasure to play.
Here's some blurb from Fender:
Made in Japan Traditional Series
Made in Japan Traditional series derived by combining the aesthetics of traditional Fender musical instrument production with the sophisticated craftsmanship of Japan. Fender's orthodox DNA is revived with reliable Made in Japan quality. Made in Japan Traditional '60s Telecaster® has a gloss finish basswood body. A 9.5-inch radius "U" shaped maple neck with 21 vintage-style frets provides a classic performance that is unique to the Traditional series. A vintage-style Tele® bridge with three threaded steel saddles, and an original pick-up selected for the Traditional series, delivers a realistic, musical vintage tone. The narrowly designed nut width makes it easy for Japanese players to play. Solid guitar craftsmanship and flexible answers to player needs are reflected in this series.

Thomann Rectangular Hard Case
All in all it's an excellent guitar from Fender in Japan that you probably won't find here in the UK
Hard Case Policy
As said many times, all my guitars come shipped in a new black hard case which is included in the price. I find this is the safest way to avoid damage in transit. This case is a nice new fitted one from Thomann in Germany. Alternatively, if you are collecting the guitar and, like some buyers have cases coming out of their ears, that's no problem, I'll adjust the price (usually around a £50 discount) and I can usually find you an old gigbag to take the guitar away in. The only hard and fast rule I have is that I won't ship a guitar in a gigbag.
If you are further interested in this guitar, you can either email me with any queries & I'll do my best to get back to you within 24 hours.
Or, you can buy quickly and safely using the PayPal "buy now" button and I will ship to most UK addresses the next working day. Highlands and Islands can be slightly dearer but I'll keep the cost as low as I can.
I can accept credit card payments by phone and will also offer a small discount to purchasers using bank transfer payments.
Overseas customers are very welcome but please email me first for shipping quotes.
