Here's a nice '52 reissue from Fender Japan in a classic vintage natural finish & this one has the benefit of factory fitted USA Fender pickups making it quite a bit more desirable than the standard '52RI . The guitar is in excellent condition for almost 20 years old although I had to repair a couple of dents and an area of missing lacquer on the fretboard (see photo gallery) The guitar is also all original.
The guitar plays really nicely and the USA pickups take it to another level. True '52 reissues have slotted brass screws & brass barrels on the bridge. It would be an easy job to upgrade this & I believe Fender make a kit for it.
