What an absolute beauty this guitar is! Tokai really do make a fabulous guitar & this is no exception. A two piece Mahogany Back & two piece bound Mahogany top. Bound Mahogany headstock & neck with Rosewood fretboard & gold coloured hardwear. This 2019 guitar is in very good condition. There are a few very small dents on the body but not through the paintwork. Some light scratches from use on the front and back. Some playing marks on the pickguard. No large dents or deep scratches. Some tarnishing to the gold parts on the tuners, bridge, stop tail piece and pickup covers but this is not excessive and just gives a lovely "used" look. The guitar is, like all my guitars, supplied with a fitted hard case.
For anyone who may not be aware, I believe the "LC" stands for "Les Paul Custom" & the number afterwards relates to the finish quality, with the Japanese models going up from LC-60 right up to LC-235. The LC-136 is one of the higher end models. All in all, a fabulous guitar that will be hard to let go :)
This Tokai LC-136 is finished in a gorgeous Ebony with Gold coloured hardwear. It looks stunning. Built to the highest of Japanese standards, the guitar has everything you’d want from a vintage Les Paul. Tokai has been making these guitars for over forty years, a fact attested to by both the minute attention to detail and high component quality. They don’t come around very often either

CASE Brand new Thomann fitted hard case
As said many times, all my guitars come shipped in a new black hard case which is included in the price. I find this is the safest way to avoid damage in transit. Alternatively, if you are collecting the guitar and, like some buyers have cases coming out of their ears, that's no problem, I'll adjust the price (usually around a £50 discount) and I can usually find you an old gigbag to take the guitar away in. The only hard and fast rule I have is that I won't ship a guitar in a gigbag.
