Tokai Japan LSS-104 Les Paul Special Yellow

This Guitar Has Sold

Despite being a big Japanese guitar maker that has been going for years, I don't see that many Japanese Tokais up for sale. They always interest me as they are great guitars, well built with excellent pickups and they always play well.

This LSS-104 (Les Paul Special) is no exception. A faithful copy with a Mahogany neck & slab body, Rosewood fretboard & a pair of P-90s pickups plus an authentic wraparound bridge make it a really nice looking and playing guitar.

This particular guitar was made in Japan in 2014 and is finished in a "see thru" dark yellow. Very striking! The guitar is in the excellent condition that you see it with just a couple of very minor dings on the body, the worse of the two being on the back. Having said that, it's about 2mm across so it's very minor

I think it's a discontinued model so I struggled a bit to find the spec. An old 2010 catalogue gave me some info which I think is accurate for this model too

All in all it's an excellent guitar from Tokai Japan that you probably won't find here in the UK

Hard Case

As said many times, all my guitars come shipped in a new black hard case which is included in the price. I find this is the safest way to avoid damage in transit. This case is a nice new fitted one from Thomann in Germany.  Alternatively, if you are collecting the guitar and, like some buyers have cases coming out of their ears, that's no problem, I'll adjust the price (usually around a £30 discount) and I can usually find you an old gigbag to take the guitar away in. The only hard and fast rule I have is that i won't ship a guitar in a gigbag

If you are further interested in this guitar, you can either email me with any queries & I'll do my best to get back to you within 24 hours.

Or, you can buy easily and safely using the Paypal "buy now" button. Don't forget to select the right option using the drop down menu on price, i.e. Collection, UK shipping or EU shipping. If in doubt, please email me first as Highlands & Islands can sometimes be a little dearer for shipping
