2014 Tokai "Vintage Series" LSS-104 TV Yellow & new Hard Case
£689.00 + shipping
Here we have a very nice Les Paul Special in very popular TV Yellow, this Les Paul Special from Tokai Japan is really built to a high standard. Tokai's model identification can be tricky but in simple terms, the higher the number is, the better the guitar is as it relates to the price new in Japanese Yen (104 + 104,000 Yen) With the Tokai Les Pauls, you can buy an LS-33 or an LS-200. The LS-200 is obviously much, much better than the LS-33. The only important caveate in all of that is the year that the guitar was made. This is several years older than the LSS-124 so the higher number can also just relate to inflation!
This guitar has a serial number dating it to 2014. It has been used and has a few chips and some bucklerash as the gallery photos will show but all in all it's in very good condition with no indents on the frets & everything original other than the 3 way switch which has been replaced
I have tried to show the "see through" finish in the gallery but the camera hasn't picked it up very well.
The guitar has a thicker 50's style neck and plays beautifully even with my small hands & Tokai's own P90 pickups have a fabulous tone.

All in all it's an excellent guitar from Tokai Japan that's hard to find here in the UK
As said many times, all my guitars come shipped in a new black hard case which is included in the price. I find this is the safest way to avoid damage in transit. This case is a nice new fitted one from Thomann in Germany. Alternatively, if you are collecting the guitar and, like some buyers have cases coming out of their ears, that's no problem, I'll adjust the price (usually around a £50 discount) and I can usually find you an old gigbag to take the guitar away in. The only hard and fast rule I have is that I won't ship a guitar in a gigbag.
If you are further interested in this guitar, you can either email me with any queries & I'll do my best to get back to you within 24 hours.
Or, you can buy quickly and safely using the PayPal "buy now" button and I will ship to most UK addresses the next working day. Highlands and Islands can be slightly dearer but I'll keep the cost as low as I can.
I can accept credit card payments by phone and will also offer a small discount to purchasers using bank transfer payments.
Overseas customers are very welcome but please email me first for shipping quotes.
