What a beauty of a Strat this is and although it has a serial number dating it at over 25 years old this Fender Japan '62 Reissue Stratocaster is in really good condition. This model has factory fitted USA Fender Vintage pickups & a solid Basswood Body. This one is in the very popular Lake Placid Blue. It also has a Rosewood fretboard & like most vintage Fenders, a 7.25" (184mm) fretboard radius and an 11 hole 3 ply scratchplate. All in all an excellent example of a '62 reissue.
As stated, it is in superb condition with just the odd tiny dent and scratch which are age related & representative of a used but excellent guitar. There are some playing marks on the pickguard and some fine scratches. There are no indents on the frets which have probably 70% of their life left. The tremolo arm was absent when it came in & has been replaced with an aftermarket one

Hard Case Policy
As said many times, all my guitars come shipped in a new black hard case which is included in the price. I find this is the safest way to avoid damage in transit. Alternatively, if you are collecting the guitar and, like some buyers have cases coming out of their ears, that's no problem, I'll adjust the price (usually around a £50 discount) and I can usually find you an old gigbag to take the guitar away in. The only hard and fast rule I have is that I won't ship a guitar in a gigbag.
