JAPAN IMPORT
Here's another fabulous Breezysound from Tokai Japan. They really do make a superb guitar & I really rate all of the Tokais I have imported. Fender Japan used their factory to make their guitars from the late 90's until about 10 years ago. Made in 2024, this is in near mint condition with just some playing marks on the scratchplate.
Being a Japanese Tokai, the Fretboard radius, at 9.5" (240mm) is flatter, and for me, much more playable than the usual 7.25" vintage radius which can choke out on bends. I really rate this guitar & I know it won't be around for long. The double bound Alder body looks fantastic. It's important to note aren't many places in the UK that you can buy a Japanese Tokai these days
Regarding the model numbers on these Japanese Tokais, basically the higher the number is, the better the model. The number relates to the price in 000's of Japanese Yen. This is towards the top of the range, the only higher number models are those made from Rosewood & those with a Bigsby tremolo.
The letter "B" shows that this guitar has a bound body (like the TL-62B)
Here's some blurb & specs I found on line:
Tokai AST-124 B is a fabulous guitar from Tokai Japan. The guitar features a two piece Alder body with one piece Maple neck and rosewood fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets. This AST-124B is also equipped with vintage style Mk 3 single coil pickups and high quality parts. Finished in Yellow Sunburst

Hard Case
As said many times, all my guitars come shipped in a new black hard case which is included in the price. I find this is the safest way to avoid damage in transit. Alternatively, if you are collecting the guitar and, like some buyers have cases coming out of their ears, that's no problem, I'll adjust the price (usually around a £50 discount) and I can usually find you an old gigbag to take the guitar away in. The only hard and fast rule I have is that I won't ship a guitar in a gigbag.
If you are further interested in this guitar, you can either email me with any queries & I'll do my best to get back to you within 24 hours.
Or, you can buy quickly and safely using the PayPal "buy now" button and I will ship to most UK addresses the next working day. Highlands and Islands can be slightly dearer but I'll keep the cost as low as I can.
I can accept credit card payments by phone and will also offer a small discount to purchasers using bank transfer payments.
Overseas customers are very welcome but please email me first for shipping quotes.
